Waterford police seek help identifying pool theft suspects

WATERFORD — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in the theft of a swimming pool from a local Wal-Mart on April 14.

According to the Waterford Police Department, the individuals, who may be named Melissa and Nicole, reportedly selected a pool valued at $548 and left the store without paying.

They were seen departing in a black GMC Terrain with Connecticut license plates BL75714.

The vehicle’s owner has been identified, but authorities are still working to confirm the identities of the two subjects.
