In a statement issued early police urged anyone with information about the people depicted in the images to come forward.
The department provided contact details, including a phone number 207-368-3263, with instructions to use extension 2.
The police have not disclosed the nature of the investigation related to the individuals in the photos.
They expressed gratitude in advance for the community’s help.
