Portsmouth police seek help identifying person of interest in Market Basket incident

PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who may be connected to an incident that occurred at the Market Basket on Woodbury Ave. on Friday, April 5.

The department released a photograph of the person of interest, who was seen accompanied by two dogs.

Authorities have not disclosed the nature of the incident but emphasize the importance of locating this individual for their investigation.

Animal Control Officer Bonnie Robinson is handling inquiries and urges anyone with information to come forward.
