LYNDON — A juvenile was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence after a truck was found flipped over at Northern Vermont University on April 20.
Vermont State Police responded to the incident at 1087 McGoff Hill around 6:30 p.m. where they discovered the vehicle resting on its roof.
Following an investigation, authorities determined the underage driver, from St. Johnsbury, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
The juvenile was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury for processing.
After being processed, the individual was released on a citation.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
