Framingham police investigate apparent homicide at local business

FRAMINGHAM — Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Framingham Chief of Police Lester Baker announced today that authorities are investigating an apparent homicide that took place last night.

At about 10 p.m. on April 20, police were called to a business on Worcester Road after a man was found dead in the trash area behind the establishment.

The victim, a 30-year-old Framingham resident who was an employee of the business, had suffered significant trauma to his body.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is working to determine the exact cause of death as part of the ongoing investigation, which is a collaborative effort between the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, and Framingham Police.

Officials are urging anyone with information, or anyone who may have noticed suspicious activity near 1 Worcester Road last night, to contact the Framingham Police Department at 508-532-5923.
