ROCKLAND — Three individuals were arrested after Rockland police officers, while on patrol, spotted a wanted man’s vehicle outside a known drug house on West Water Street.

At about 11 a.m., officers noticed a white Dodge Durango parked at 262 West Water St., which has been the subject of multiple service calls, including reports of drug activity.

The vehicle’s owner, Shane Belleville, 39, of Whitman, had an outstanding warrant from Quincy District Court.

Upon approaching the home to locate Belleville, officers encountered another man, Ryan LaValley, 39, of Rockland, on the rear deck appearing to be under the influence of narcotics.

A search led to the discovery of a clear plastic baggie containing crack cocaine.

LaValley resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody and is charged with resisting arrest and possession of a Class B controlled substance.

Inside the house, officers found Belleville hiding in an upstairs bedroom.

He was arrested on the warrant and additionally charged with resisting arrest and possession of a Class A controlled substance.

Courtney Alix, 33, of Hanover, was also found in the residence.

Alix, who had an arrest warrant out of Plymouth, was taken into custody without incident.

All three individuals were transported to Hingham District Court for arraignment on their respective charges.
