Panton man cited for driving with suspended license, no interlock device

MONKTON — Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Monkton Road near Nichols Road at approximately 5:13 p.m. on April 17 after observing a traffic infraction.

During the stop, Donald G. Blanchard, 35, of Panton was identified as the driver.

An investigation revealed that Blanchard was operating on a criminally suspended license and without the required ignition interlock device.

Blanchard was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 8 at 12:30 p.m. to respond to the charges.
