Enosburgh man charged with DUI after early morning crash in Sheldon

SHELDON — A single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 105 in the early hours of April 13 led to a DUI charge for 21-year-old Dominick Domina of Enosburgh.

According to the St. Albans barracks troopers, they responded to the incident at around 3:25 a.m. Upon arrival, Domina was identified as the operator of the vehicle.

Troopers observed signs of impairment while interacting with Domina at the crash site.

Domina sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to Northwest Medical Center for treatment.

Following the investigation, he was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on DUI charges.

The accident disrupted early morning traffic along Route 105 but was cleared shortly after emergency services rendered aid and conducted their investigation.

The condition of Domina following the incident has not been released, and further details are pending the court proceedings.
