Boston police seek help finding missing 15-year-old girl

BOSTON — The Boston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl from Dorchester.

Jayla Santiago was last seen around 7 a.m. Friday, April 12, in the vicinity of 206 Norwell Street.

She is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with black braided hair and green/hazel eyes.

Santiago was last observed wearing a puffy black jacket, red and black checkered pants, and carrying a black purse.

A student at Tech Boston Academy, Santiago did not show up for school on the day of her disappearance.

Authorities urge anyone with information about Santiago’s whereabouts to immediately contact 911 or the B-3 Detectives at 617-343-4712.
