Rochester post office worker’s car hit-and-run, police seek information

ROCHESTER — A hit-and-run incident at the Post Office on Park Street is under investigation by Vermont State Police after an employee’s vehicle was struck while parked.

Authorities were called to 46 Park Street on April 16, after the vehicle’s owner, Jaime Morin, 42, of Rochester, discovered the damage.

Morin, who arrived at work around 6:45 a.m., was unaware of the crash until around 10:00 a.m.

Troopers from the Royalton Barracks are asking anyone with information about the accident to contact them at 802-234-9933.
