Connecticut police seek help finding missing woman last seen in Danbury

LITCHFIELD — Connecticut State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman, Elizabeth Gyurko, who was last seen on April 7 in the Danbury area.

Gyurko, born on May 25, 1979, was reported to be wearing black jeans and a hooded sweatshirt at the time of her disappearance.

Authorities have been actively searching for her but have yet to determine her current location.

The State Police Troop L in Litchfield is handling the case and has encouraged anyone with information about Gyurko’s whereabouts to come forward.

Concerned individuals are urged to contact Troop L at 860-626-7900 with any details that might aid in the search for Gyurko.

The police did not release any additional details about the circumstances of her disappearance.
