WESTFORD — A Westford man faces charges of aggravated disorderly conduct and felony unlawful mischief following a disturbance last December.

On Dec. 18, at approximately 5:46 p.m., Troopers from the Williston Barracks were dispatched to a residence on Osgood Hill Road after reports of a highly intoxicated male causing trouble.

Martin Messimer, 40, was accused of violent and threatening behavior towards Patrick Grant, 62, Frederick Rhodes, 51, and Brigid Sullivan, 38, all residents of Westford.
