Driver faces negligent homicide charges after Gilsum crash kills two

GILSUM — An arrest warrant was issued for Alexander Bazarnicki on two counts of negligent homicide related to a fatal traffic collision that occurred on March 29.

The crash claimed the lives of Kia Seltos driver David Bosma and his passenger, Kathleen Bosma.

Bazarnicki surrendered to authorities at the Cheshire County House of Corrections on April 11, where he was processed and subsequently released on bail.

He is scheduled for arraignment at the Keene District Court on April 15.

The New Hampshire State Police’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction (CAR) Unit conducted the investigation with assistance from troopers of the Troop C Barracks.
