Waterbury man charged with aggravated domestic assault

WATERBURY — A local man was arrested early Monday morning on charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, according to Vermont State Police.

At 6:42 a.m. on April 8, troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of an assault in a vehicle on S Main St.

The investigation revealed that Terrance Coley, 46, allegedly caused serious bodily injury to a household member.

Coley was taken into custody and processed at the Berlin Barracks.

He was later released on court-ordered conditions.

The identity of the victim has not been released, in line with Vermont State Police policy on domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
