Enosburgh car wash vandalized, police seek information

ENOSBURGH — Vermont State Police are investigating a significant act of vandalism at the Jolley Car Wash on Pearl Street, which occurred in the early hours of March 14.

Authorities were notified of the incident on March 18 at around 3:13 p.m. The unidentified operator of a vehicle caused extensive damage to the car wash facility shortly after midnight.

Despite the late hour of the occurrence, the extent of the destruction suggests the perpetrator may have spent a considerable amount of time committing the act of unlawful mischief.

The Vermont State Police have released a request for public assistance in identifying the vehicle involved.

They urge anyone with information to contact the St. Albans Barracks at 802-524-5993.

The police have not disclosed the estimated cost of the damage to the car wash.
