ELLSWORTH — Following a public appeal for assistance, the Ellsworth Police Department has successfully identified individuals connected to an investigation.
Earlier, Officer McLean requested help from the community to identify certain individuals, asking those with information to contact him directly at 667-2168 or to use the department’s tip line at 669-6699.
The department expressed gratitude toward the community in a brief statement.
With the individuals now identified, the Ellsworth Police Department has not released further details about the case or the nature of the individuals’ involvement.
The successful identification marks a swift community response to the department’s call for assistance.
