Five arrested in Nashua drug operation

NASHUA — During a week-long operation ending March 29, law enforcement officers from the Hudson Police Department and the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit apprehended five individuals on various drug-related charges and other criminal offenses.

Bryan Cashman, 38, faced two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine), a Class B Felony. He was released on personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment scheduled at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Mitchell Rose, 27, was similarly charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine) – Class B Felony. Rose, too, was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the same court.

James Menento III, 37, was arrested for failing to comply with Sex Offender Registration, a Class B Felony. Following his release on personal recognizance bail, Menento is set to appear at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court for arraignment.

Courtney Lee, 42, was apprehended on an active Capias warrant and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl), a subsequent offense classified as a Class A Felony. Lee was released on personal recognizance bail with an arraignment pending at the Nashua court.

Lastly, Rodney Maulding Jr., 37, was arrested on an active Electronic Bench warrant. Maulding was also released on personal recognizance bail, awaiting his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
