NEWPORT — The Newport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying several males and a vehicle linked to an assault in front of Buskers Pub on March 16 at 7:30 p.m.
Authorities have released photographs of the individuals and the vehicle they believe are connected to the incident.
Detective Constantineau is leading the investigation and urges anyone with information to come forward.
The department has not disclosed the nature of the assault or the condition of the victim.
However, they believe that eyewitness accounts and identification of the persons of interest could be crucial in advancing the case.
