Woman cited for domestic assault, property damage in Williamstown

WILLIAMSTOWN — Vermont State Police responded to a reported family fight on Garden Street at midnight on March 31.

Jade Houston, 27, of Northfield, is accused of assaulting an individual with whom she had a prior relationship.

The incident also involved unlawful mischief, with Houston allegedly damaging property owned by 42-year-old Kenneth Deuso of Williamstown.

Houston was taken to the Berlin Barracks for processing.

She was later released with a citation to appear in Orange Superior Court – Criminal Division at a later date.

The Vermont State Police did not release the name of the other victim, adhering to policies regarding victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
