Plainfield woman charged with theft of Amazon packages

PLAINFIELD — A local woman was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing several Amazon packages from a Plainfield residence, Vermont State Police reported.

On March 30 at 8:14 a.m., police were informed of a theft that occurred two days prior, on March 28 around 3:30 p.m., at a home on Middle Rd.

The victim, Megan Kreis, 34, also from Plainfield, reported the missing packages.

During the investigation, authorities reviewed home security footage and identified 30-year-old Dannika Dobrowski as the suspect.

Dobrowski, a Plainfield resident, was subsequently charged.

Dobrowski is scheduled to appear in Washington Superior Court on May 2 at 8:30 a.m. to face the charges.
