PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest linked to an ongoing investigation at the Fifth Wheel.
The incident in question occurred on March 17.
Authorities released an image of the individual and urge anyone with information to come forward.
