Man cited for drug possession at I-91 Port of Entry in Derby Line

DERBY LINE — A Massachusetts man was cited for possession of a regulated drug Thursday morning at the I-91 Port of Entry, according to the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks.

At approximately 8:24 a.m., authorities reported an individual entering the United States with regulated drugs.

The investigation identified the individual as 32-year-old Tucker Stephen of Medford, Massachusetts.

Stephen was found to be in possession of substances believed to be Ecstasy.

Following the incident, Stephen was released with a citation to appear in Criminal Court to face charges related to the drug possession.

The Vermont State Police have not disclosed further details about the quantity of drugs found or any additional charges that may be pending.
