WHITINGHAM — On March 19, Vermont State Police responded to a report of a potential violation of court-ordered conditions of release on Burrington Hill Road.
Donald Holton, 56, of Whitingham, was found to have breached his conditions of release twice following an investigation by law enforcement.
As a result of these violations, Holton was cited on March 27 at approximately 6 p.m.
Holton is scheduled to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on April 29 at 8:15 a.m. to respond to the charges.
The specific nature of the conditions Holton is accused of violating has not been disclosed by authorities.
