Exeter police arrest suspect in jewelry theft case

EXETER — The Exeter Police Department has apprehended a suspect in connection with a jewelry theft at Exeter Jewelers that occurred on March 22.

Nicholas K. Dresser, a 21-year-old resident of Stratham, turned himself in to authorities on March 27 after an active arrest warrant was issued.

He has been charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a Class A Felony.

Dresser was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the 10th Circuit Court District Division in Brentwood on June 6.
