Two injured in I-293 crash in Manchester, lanes closed for hours

MANCHESTER — On Monday, March 18, at approximately 8:10 a.m., New Hampshire State Police from Troop B and the Collision Analysis Reconstruction (CAR) Unit responded to a serious motor vehicle crash on I-293 Southbound near exit 2, involving two cars and requiring the shutdown of two lanes for several hours.

The crash involved a silver 2018 Toyota Rav4, operated by Taylor Hogan, 29, of Merrimack, and a gold 2009 Ford Focus, driven by Megan Mulone, 41, of Derry.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage.

Manchester Fire and EMS Department, alongside New Hampshire Department of Transportation personnel, assisted at the scene.

The drivers were transported to Elliott Hospital for the treatment of injuries incurred during the incident.

Authorities worked to clear the roadway and investigate the scene, causing traffic disruptions on I-293 for about three hours.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
