Man arrested on parole violation warrant in Vershire

VERSHIRE — A New Hampshire man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for parole violations during a search warrant execution at a Vershire residence on Sunday evening.

At approximately 6:59 p.m., troopers arrived at 2476 Parker Rd. to conduct a search.

Upon arrival, they encountered 40-year-old Jason Davidson of Woodsville, New Hampshire, who was identified as having an active warrant for his arrest.

Davidson was taken into custody without incident and was subsequently transported to the Northeast Corrections Complex in St. Johnsbury.

He is scheduled to appear at the Caledonia County Superior Court on March 18 to face the parole violation charges.
