Boston police seek suspect in attempted armed robbery on Dudley Street

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives from District B-2 (Roxbury) are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an attempted armed robbery on the morning of March 8.

The incident occurred around 9:35 a.m. near 149 Dudley Street.

The suspect is described as a black male with a heavy build and short dreadlock-styled hair.

He was last seen wearing a white hat, a tan Patriots hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, and was noted to have a gold watch on his left hand.

Authorities are vigorously investigating the details of the attempted robbery.
