PORTSMOUTH — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest connected to a recent theft at The Hub Smoke & Vape on State Street.
The incident, which occurred last Thursday, has prompted an investigation by local authorities.
The individual they are seeking to identify is described as wearing a plaid shirt, jacket, and tan pants, as seen in photographs released by the Portsmouth Police Department.
Officer Rob Meyer is the point of contact for anyone with information regarding the individual or the theft.
