Police seek identity of man who brandished firearm at MTA bus in Manchester

MANCHESTER — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who brandished what appeared to be a firearm at an MTA bus driver on March 14.

According to authorities, the MTA bus was traveling eastbound on Merrimack Street when the individual, described as a male, began to walk against the crosswalk signal and in front of the bus.

The man then proceeded to pull an object from his waistband, which was believed to be a firearm, and displayed it in a manner that was visible to the bus driver.
