Nashua woman arrested for theft, assault at Macy’s

NASHUA — The Nashua Police Department arrested 40-year-old Sabrina Deleon of Nashua on a felony warrant for Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Two Prior Convictions.

On July 20, 2023, an officer took a report from an employee of Macy’s at 310 Daniel Webster Highway for the report of a theft.

The suspect allegedly stole fragrances from that location and assaulted a Macy’s employee as she tried to flee the area.

The investigation was furthered by detectives who identified the suspect as Deleon.

An arrest warrant was applied for and granted, charging Deleon with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Two Prior Convictions, a class B felony, and Simple Assault (three counts), a class A Misdemeanor.

Deleon was released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on Tuesday, April 16.
