Methuen man arrested for theft of over $46,000 in items from Best Ford in Nashua

NASHUA — A 35-year-old Methuen, Massachusetts man was arrested by the Nashua Police Department on a felony warrant for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in excess of $1,500.

On Nov. 10, 2023, officers received a report from the manager of Best Ford regarding an employee-related theft.

The manager stated that more than 145 items, valued at over $46,000, had been stolen.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division conducted further investigations and identified Edward Abdoo as the suspect in these thefts.

An arrest warrant was issued, charging Abdoo with Theft by Unauthorized Taking in excess of $1,500, a Class A Felony.

Abdoo was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on April 16.
