Salem man sentenced to 27 years to life for Manchester murder

CONCORD — John Delee, 23, of Salem, was sentenced this afternoon for the murder of Timothy Pouliot on Jan. 28, 2023, Attorney General John M. Formella and Manchester Police Department Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announced.

Delee was also sentenced on a class B felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

He was found guilty of both charges on Dec. 5, 2023, after a jury trial.

Delee was given a stand-committed sentence of 27 years to life on the charge of second-degree murder, and 3 to 6 years on the reckless conduct charge, which is to be served consecutive with his murder sentence with the opportunity to suspend the consecutive 3-to-6-year sentence based upon certain behavioral requirements.
