MANCHESTER — A 34-year-old Manchester woman was arrested March 7 in connection with an overdose death that occurred in September 2022.

The arrest was the result of an investigation into the death of 36-year-old Henry Devine, who was found unresponsive in a truck in the Walmart parking lot on Sept. 26, 2022.
