Police respond to bomb threat at West Rutland Walgreens

RUTLAND — The Vermont State Police are investigating a bomb threat reported at the Walgreens in West Rutland on Wednesday morning.

Troopers from the Rutland Barracks were notified of the threat at approximately 9:50 a.m. on March 6. The West Rutland Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The threat is currently believed to be unfounded.
