Authorities seek public’s help identifying Johnson bank robbery suspect

JOHNSON — The Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery at Union Bank on Main Street in Johnson on March 5.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot tall male with a thin build, wearing a gray mask over his face. A photo of the suspect has been released by the department.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is urged to contact Det. Sgt. Lehoe at the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department by calling 802-888-3502.

The armed robbery occurred at the Union Bank located at 198 Main St. in Johnson. No further details about the incident have been released at this time.
