DANBY — A domestic disturbance late Saturday night led to the arrest of a local man on charges of aggravated domestic assault and resisting arrest, according to the Vermont State Police.

Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a call at approximately 10:20 p.m. on March 3 to a residence on Danby Pawlet Rd, where they encountered 25-year-old Ryan Battease.
