GUILFORD — On March 2, shortly after midnight, a noise complaint led Vermont State Police to a residence on Sweet Pond Road, where they discovered a party involving underage drinking.

Upon arrival, officers encountered multiple illegally parked cars and several minors consuming alcohol.

Orion R. Stone, 23, of Guilford, was identified as the host of the gathering.

An investigation concluded that Stone had provided alcohol to the minors, resulting in a violation of contributing to juvenile delinquency.

He was cited and released with a court summons.

Stone is expected to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 16 at 8:30 a.m. to address the charge.

Court dates and times may change, and it is advised to contact the criminal court clerk for confirmation.
