Keene police arrest two in crack cocaine bust

KEENE — Keene Police have arrested two men, 33-year-old Donald Jamison of Springfield, Massachusetts, and 34-year-old Jeoffrey Majoy of Keene, following a months-long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the area.

The arrests took place on Feb. 28 after police executed a search warrant at a residence at 297 Water Street.

During the search, officers seized suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, and U.S. currency.

In total, approximately a half-pound of the substances was confiscated.

Jamison, who was charged with multiple counts of sales of controlled drugs, and Majoy, who had outstanding warrants from several agencies, were both held at the Cheshire County House of Corrections.

They are scheduled for arraignment in the 8th Circuit Court- Keene on Feb. 29 at 1 p.m.

The investigation, part of Operation Granite Shield, a state initiative targeting illicit drug distribution in New Hampshire, was conducted in collaboration with Homeland Security Investigations.
