Boston police seek public’s help to identify robbery suspects

BOSTON — Boston Police Detectives from District E-18 (Hyde Park) are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in recent unarmed robbery incidents.

The robberies occurred on Monday, at 5:51 p.m. near 853 River Street and at 6:57 p.m. at 942A Hyde Park Avenue.

Authorities released descriptions of the suspects, both black males in their twenties.

One was seen wearing a black hoodie, black surgical mask, and gloves.

The other suspect wore a red hoodie, gray sweatpants, glasses, and a black mask, and was later observed changing into a yellow sweatshirt.

After the incidents, the suspects were spotted fleeing up Metropolitan Ave and then down Hyde Park Ave toward American Legion Highway.

The Boston Police Department is diligently investigating these occurrences.
