GEORGIA — Vermont State Police arrested a 44-year-old man on domestic assault charges after responding to an incident on Robin Lane.
Authorities took Joshua Turner into custody on Feb. 18 at 11:34 a.m. following a reported assault at his Georgia residence.
Turner was processed at the St. Albans Field Station and subsequently released with a citation.
Turner is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. to face the charges.
In keeping with privacy policies, the Vermont State Police have not released the name of the victim involved in the domestic violence case.
