Montgomery man arrested for DUI #4 at local access area

CAMBRIDGE — A Vermont State Warden apprehended a man on suspicion of his fourth DUI while operating a vehicle at the Dorothy Smith Access Area on Feb. 15.

Bradley Deaette, 46, of Montgomery, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. after troopers noted signs of impairment.

Deaette was taken to the Williston Barracks for processing.

Following the processing, Deaette received a citation to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court on March 3 at 12:30 p.m. to address the DUI #4 charge.
