MANCHESTER — In a targeted effort to combat drug-related activities, Manchester Police Department’s Special Enforcement Division executed a search warrant on Feb. 9, leading to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of significant quantities of illegal narcotics.

Crystal Graham, 42, was apprehended at 817 Clay Street 3FL, the location believed to be a hub for crack cocaine sales.

Graham was taken into custody on an active warrant for failing to appear in court on previous sales-related drug charges.

Christopher Varagianis, 47, also of Manchester, faces charges for a parole violation.

Additionally, he had two outstanding warrants from Manchester Police for possession of a controlled drug and criminal threatening.

Although Varagianis was not present during the raid, he was charged in absentia.

During the search, detectives uncovered approximately 51.1 grams of crack cocaine, 22.4 grams of heroin/fentanyl, and a cache of drug proceeds.

The operation is part of an ongoing effort by local law enforcement to disrupt the distribution of illegal drugs and hold accountable those involved in such criminal enterprises.
