State police seek help identifying vehicle in road rage incident in Williston

WILLISTON — Vermont State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner or operator of a Subaru involved in a road rage incident near Interstate 89’s southbound Exit 14.

According to authorities, the event occurred at approximately 7:20 a.m. on Feb. 12.

The vehicle in question is described as a dark gray Subaru Impreza or WRX hatchback with red mudflaps and silver cross bars, and it carries an unknown Vermont license plate.

The operator and a male passenger of the Subaru are sought by troopers to discuss their involvement in the altercation.

The Vermont State Police Williston Barracks has released a photograph of the vehicle to facilitate identification.

Individuals with any information regarding the vehicle or its occupants are encouraged to contact Trooper Keith Cote at the Williston Barracks.

The State Police underline the importance of community assistance in resolving the case.
