Woman charged with DUI following Guilford crash

GUILFORD — Vermont State Police arrested a Brattleboro woman on suspicion of driving under the influence after a single-vehicle crash on Feb. 10.

Teresa S. Rose, 46, was taken into custody after troopers responded to a report of an accident at the intersection of Tater Lane and Guilford Center Road around 7:33 p.m.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officials observed signs of impairment and proceeded with an investigation.

Following the incident, Rose was processed at the Westminster State Police Barracks and released with a citation.

She is slated to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 2 at 8:30 a.m. to face DUI charges.
