BRADFORD — In a coordinated effort with Lebanon Police Department, Vermont State Police troopers recovered a stolen trailer and apprehended a local man on an outstanding warrant Thursday evening.

At 5:58 p.m., authorities located the trailer, reported stolen from New Hampshire, on South Main Street at the residence of Zachary Webster, 34.

During the investigation, troopers conducted a search that confirmed the trailer’s identity.

Further inquiries revealed an active warrant for Webster stemming from a previous burglary charge in Windsor County.

The Bradford resident was subsequently cited for possession of stolen property.

Webster was taken into custody and transported to Northeast Regional Correctional Facility to address the warrant.

The Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks is handling the ongoing investigation.
