Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks, conducting surveillance along Newbury Crossing Rd, encountered Leo Roberts at a fishing access point shortly after midnight.

Upon investigation, authorities confirmed that Roberts was barred from driving and was not adhering to court-imposed release terms.

He was subsequently released with a citation and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on March 20 at 8:30 a.m.
