Lowell couple victim of daytime burglary, firearms stolen

LOWELL — Vermont State Police are investigating a burglary that took place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Feb. 6, during which a knife and a gun safe with several firearms were stolen from a residence on VT Route 58 E.

John and Karla Graham, both 45, were identified as the victims of the break-in.

State troopers responded to the scene and were able to collect evidence for processing.

The details surrounding the burglary are currently under investigation, and no suspects have been named at this time.

Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding the crime to come forward and contact the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks at 802 334 8881.

The stolen firearms pose a potential safety risk, and the police are keen on recovering them and apprehending the individual or individuals responsible for the theft.
