Fletcher town garage hit by theft and vandalism

FLETCHER — Vermont State Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle and vandalism that occurred at the Fletcher Town Garage.

The incident, reported on Jan. 30 at about 3:40 p.m., involved vehicles owned by Mansfield Community Fiber.

According to the police, the company’s vehicles sustained damage, and items were stolen from within.

The perpetrators are unknown at this time.

State Police in St. Albans are seeking information from the public that could lead to the identification and arrest of the individuals involved.

Authorities have not disclosed the value of the items taken or the extent of the damage to the vehicles.
