Boston police seek help identifying suspect in break-in, auto theft

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives are urging the public to assist in identifying a suspect connected to a breaking and entering event and vehicle theft that occurred in the early hours of Sunday, Jan. 28.

The incident, which took place around 12:33 a.m., involved a Hispanic male with a light complexion, believed to be in his late teens to early 20s.

The man sought by authorities was last seen wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants.

The Boston Police Department appreciates any help that may lead to the suspect’s identification.

As the investigation continues, the Boston Police Department encourages anyone with information to contact the District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

The BPD ensures that all tips provided anonymously will be kept in strict confidence as they work to resolve this case.
