Boston police seek help identifying break-in suspect

BOSTON — Detectives are calling for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect linked to a commercial break-in that occurred at 208 Columbia Rd on Monday, Feb. 5, around 5:42 a.m.

The individual in question was caught on surveillance footage wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers, and was masked and gloved at the time of the incident.

Following the break-in, the suspect was seen departing the scene on a blue bicycle, heading in the direction of the park area behind 110 Devon Street.

The Boston Police Department (BPD) is actively investigating the break-in and urges anyone with information to come forward.

The BPD assures that all anonymous contributors will have their identities protected as the investigation continues.
